What The Agent Academy actually is
An interactive training platform for Australian real estate: 16 specialisations, video lessons, scenario decisions, quizzes, AI role-play with scored feedback, printable field toolkits, certificates and a principal dashboard. It is professional development — it does not replace a licensing course, and you must never describe it as accredited or as a qualification.
Your engagement
You are a contractor with an ABN. You invoice us weekly — paid once each purchase has passed its cooling-off, cancellation and refund period — set your own hours and own your method. We give you a territory, a certification, the collateral and the pricing authority — everything else is yours to run.
The scoreboard
Only three numbers matter: qualified conversations, live demos booked, and accounts collected. Everything in this onboarding exists to move those three.

Certification call
Once every module is ticked, email info@theagentacademy.org with your territory plan and your recorded five-minute demo. You'll run a live discovery and mock close with the founder, and are cleared to trade the same day you pass.
