Do I need this to get my real estate licence?

No, and it will not replace what you do need. Licensing and registration in Australia are administered state by state — NSW Fair Trading, Consumer Affairs Victoria, the Queensland Office of Fair Trading, and their equivalents in SA, WA, TAS, NT and the ACT. To become licensed or registered you must complete the required course through a Registered Training Organisation. The Agent Academy is what you do to become good at the job once you are allowed to do it.

Then why would I pay for training that isn't accredited?

Because accreditation certifies that you sat a course, not that you can win a listing. Almost nothing in an accredited qualification teaches you how to hold your fee against a discounter, run a price-reduction conversation, or handle a hostile pick-up on your forty-seventh dial. That is what we teach, with AI role-play so you rehearse it before it costs you a real deal.

How long do I have access?

Vertical and bundle purchases are one payment for lifetime access, including future programs added inside what you bought. There is no subscription and no recurring fee — you buy the program once and it stays yours.

Cancellations must be received in writing to info@theagentacademy.org within 48 hours of enrolment. Inside that window you are eligible for a partial refund only: a $150 fee covering administration, processing, profile creation and course access is deducted and the balance returned. The fee never exceeds the amount you paid. Requests after 48 hours are declined due to the significant access to company IP granted on enrolment. Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Do I need to create an account before I buy?

No. Checkout is guest-based. Pay, and your learner account is created automatically and emailed to you within a minute or two, along with your login link and your enrolments already unlocked.

What is the AI role-play and do I need special equipment?

It is a simulated vendor, buyer, tenant or landlord you talk to — by text or by voice — while you play the agent. It scores your handling of the conversation and tells you exactly where it broke down. Text mode works anywhere. Voice mode needs a microphone and your browser's permission. You can try it free at /try-roleplay before you buy anything.

Is this only useful for new agents?

No. The First 90 Days program is built for people entering the industry, but the rest of the library — fee conversations, negotiation, rent roll growth, commercial investment analysis, auctioneering — is written for practising agents who want to be measurably better at the parts of the job that pay. Principals also buy it to onboard recruits without burning senior agents' time.

Can my agency buy this for the whole team?
