Refund Policy

Our 48-hour promise

If you buy a program and, within 48 hours of purchase, you decide it's not for you, email hello@theagentacademy.org and we'll refund you in full — no interrogation - minus the administration and payment processing fee (equal to 25% of the entire course program pricing).

PLEASE NOTE > This applies as long as you have NOT completed any part of the enrolled program at the time of your request.

Bundle purchases

The same 48 hour promise applies to bundles.

Coaching seats

Coaching pod seats are refundable in full up to 7 days before the first scheduled session and non-refundable thereafter, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What does NOT constitute an acceptable reason for a refund under the Australian Consumer Law:

• A person cannot request a refund under the ACL for change of mind
• A person cannot request a refund under the ACL for an incorrect program selection at the time of purchase. However, they may request an exchange of program to equal value.
• A person is assumed at the time of purchase, to have concluded their own due-diligence to ensure the program, training and any education herein, meets their individual and personal needs, learning capabilities and more. Failure of this is exclusively the responsibility of the individual purchaser, not the business, and therefor does not warrant a refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@theagentacademy.org from the address you used at checkout with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
